You can cancel or change your bookings online, yourself by logging into your customer area below:
But there are time restrictions.
Receive a full refund, as an individual booking, if you cancel at least 72 hours prior to your session. If it’s between 48–72 hours, you need to email us on firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel and we’ll issue you with credits for the full amount. We regret that we can’t offer any refunds, or credits with less than 48 hours’ notice.
For private hire, of the whole sauna, it’s slightly different. We request 7 full days’ notice for a full refund and 5 days’ notice for a 50% refund. We regret that we can’t give a refund or credits if its’ less than 5 days’ notice.
