Perched on the dunes at Elie Harbour, in The East Neuk of Fife, Elie Seaside Sauna provides a restful escape from the stresses and strains of the digital world. Angled towards the setting sun, its full-length, heat-tempered, glass side overlooks the marram grass of the dunes, out, over Woodhaven Bay, to Elie Beach and the cliffs beyond.
We have 2 saunas, Dune and Shore, plus offer yoga classes, workshops and retreats throughout the year.

Book Dune Sauna
Dune is ESS’s original Seaside Sauna. Its name is a reference to Dune’s elevated position, on the dunes overlooking Elie Harbour Beach, across to Elie Beach and the hills beyond.
Book Shore Sauna
Shore is ESS’s newest Seaside Sauna. Its name is a reference to Shore’s position, level with the shoreline, at the end of Elie Harbour’s ‘Dinghy Park’, opposite Elie Harbour car park and near Nosebag, Galley Café.
Book Yoga Class
Regular flowing Vinyasa classes, based on Ashtanga Yoga are offered on Sunday mornings, with more classes offered during school holidays.

St. Andrews Seaside Sauna is the latest sauna from the Scottish Seaside Saunas. More spacious and seating more than the iconic Shore Sauna, at Elie Seaside Sauna, it is located next to the, East Sands Leisure Centre, a short walk from St. Andrews City Centre, on the famous surfing and wild swimming beach of East Sands.
