Scottish Seaside Saunas are pleased to announce their first sauna and yoga tour to Norway in February 2025.
Come and join us, in Oslo, for a luxurious winter retreat. Based at The Well, in the outskirts of Oslo, you will hosted by Scottish Seaside Saunas’ Founder and Owner, Judith Dunlop and experienced adventure tour organiser Imogen Murray.
Over the course of the four days, you will be treated to an insight, of a diverse selection of Norway’s authentic sauna culture.
This will range from a floating sauna, a community owned sauna complex, to the fifteen saunas at – Scandinavias largest spa.
Surrounded by snowy forest, The Well is the largest and most comprehensive spa in the Nordic region, offering bathing traditions from around the world.
Here you will find 11 different pools, a cold plunge pool, 15 different saunas and steam baths, more than 100 showers, a treatment department, a Japanese bathhouse with onsen, Hamam and Rhassoul, in addition to many exciting sauna and Aufguss rituals.
As well as our time at the Well, we will spend time in Oslo, heading out into the Fjord on an exclusive floating sauna, and enjoying some of the community owned saunas overlooking the waterfront.
There will be an opportunity for some free time in Oslo to explore the city, visit some of the many varied museums and art galleries, or head out of the city into the snowy woods for a short guided walk.
